The holiday flat in PINETO is only a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach.
Pineto is named after the pine grove that runs along the two-kilometre-long beach. On the beach is the Torre di Cerrano (Tower of Cerrano), built in Byzantine times as a defensive tower against Turkish pirates.

In the rolling hills and in the shadow of the Gran Sasso lies the holiday home in Villa San Romualdo. Right in the middle between the sea (approx. 20 km) and the mountains (approx. 40 km).
Here the view is breathtaking, from the sea to the Appenine mountains! The holiday home is not far from three unspoilt national parks.
